When I answered a survey, I see a profile picture. How do I change that picture?

I answered a question about customer service I received on an app. When I went to answer it there was a profile picture, and my name. Where did that profile picture come from and how do I change it? I don't recall ever logging into Zendesk and I don't have any active account. I created this account to ask the question.

    Zendesk takes your avatar from public sources.

    E.g. if you use Gmail or Gravatar everyone can get your profile picture from there.

    Was the survey you answered on a third party app that uses Zendesk as a service? Or was this a specific Zendesk created survey? If this is in relation to a third party app, you will need to query this with them directly.
