Our Account Executive not responding, what to do?

Hi Zendesk community,
I have a problem with our Social Messaging Add-on, support team referred me back to my Account Executive.
Our Account executive is not responding to any of our messages, and it's been over 4 weeks. we can't use our zendesk account, we mainly use it to reply to facebook message and now it's useless.
What can we do?

I was able to track down your ticket and it looks like your AE reached back out last week Friday to book a meeting. I'd recommend following up with them in that email so they can assist further if you haven't done so already.
