Is it possible to hide Ticket forms by user tags or groups?
Hey guys,
Our company has a number of different forms that different departments use, however for our department we only use a small amount of them.
Is it possible to hide the ones I don't want agents with a specific tag or group to not see them?
The only article I found was how to do it based on organisations but none of the above.

However, this app does not seem to support various conditions.
