Simple Report Assistance
I am trying to make the following report:
Metric:
Unsolved Tickets
Columns:
Assignee Name
Location
Row:
Ticket Subject
When I add Unsolved Tickets and Location, I get the correct info. As soon as I add Assignee Name, it gives me 5 assignee names, 2 of which have open tickets, the other 3 have Zero. I don't know why this data is pulling if it is Zero. Then when I add Ticket Subject, it gives me 19 tickets with subject, and there are only 2 unresolved in the queue. The ones that they are pulling have been previously closed weeks ago. Any Insight? This simple report is aggravating me.

Hey Dereck - Try applying a Metric Filter to exclude any 0 values in your report.
