Macros apply to tickets mutiple times

Hi There,

We're experiencing a glitch where macros are being applied multiple times from a single selection. When this occurs the macro is duplicated several times, one underneath another.

It occurs at random and doesn't just affect specific macros.

Hey Ed,
 
It's possible that there's a browser extension that is causing this issue so it may be worth testing from a private browser or Incognito window for a bit to see if you can replicate this.
 
I've done some testing in my own account to see if there's a potential bug but wasn't receiving any duplicate results.
 
If you continue to experience issues let me know so we can look into this further for you.

We are experiencing the same thing in an incognito and standard Chrome browser. This issue exposes us to a potential breach and we've been on chat support with an agent for over an hour. They have validated this is a bug. We need this fixed asap.
