RéponduI just tried to add a new mail address in the admin center to use them later as trigger. Although this mail seems to not existing yet, I got the error that this mail address is already used.
Where can I looking for this mail address?
Thanks. I've no clue why this happens and want I can do. But I need this mail address for a new trigger.

Hey Steffen,
You should be able to search for that email in the Support agent interface. Then select the Users tab to see what users are associated with that email address.

Steffen Ott - in the agent workspace click on the Customers icon in the left vertical menu and then perform a search on the email address. If you find it in the list, check if you can delete the account. Because deleting the account is the only method to use it elsewhere.
