Zendesk Expore - Filter linking on dashboards - Created / Resolved date linking
Hi there!
I'm having trouble with a dashboard and filter linking.
Here is my dashboard:
What I'm trying to do is link the Re-Opened ticket report to 'Resolved Date' .
However when I do this, it does the same for all other reports which are currently linked with 'Created date' .
E.g.
How can I set up the date filter so it applies;
-Created date on all reports EXCEPT the re-opened report, and instead have it pass the date to the 'Resolved date' for the re-opened report?
