This is a request/feedback:
1- A Zendesk Admin can recover and download the suspended tickets attachment.
2- But a Zendesk Agent cannot download the attachment
3- If an Agent recovers manually a suspended ticket it doesn't get the attachment which is a big loss - so we cannot say that the agents can recover manually suspended tickets
4- Even if an admin tries to recover manually a ticket it doesn't get the attachment (you have to 1st: download it to you computer then add it to the ticket like an internal note)
