Hi. Is there a way to make a custom User Field to be a required field?

There's not as far as I know, a way to make user fields mandatory. Can you expand on your use case? We have a helpful template here.

We also would find this very helpful.
Use case: One example is the field for gender. If an agent forgets to fill in this field, the place holder in the ticket doesn't work. So the salutaion would be: "Dear Smith".
That's just one example of various custom user fields that we would like to mark mandatory.
