I have several 3rd party partners that need the ability to see tickets related to their products. Right now, it doesn't seem like Explore can accomplish the following items.
- Share reports (I need to create dashboards which isn't necessary for this, or give elevated access to Explore, which is not something I am willing to do)
- Allow them to dill into Explore to view details on the specific reported records.
- Keep them from being able to edit any part of the ticket
- Keep them from being able to see any other tickets.
This function doesn't exist (at least that I can see) and has a great deal of value for organizations that are resellers or have OEM manufacturers that need to see data but don't need to interact with tickets.
