Allow agents to end chats
RéponduIt would be great to let agents or admins to end chats from their side. It can eliminate the problem of a chat transcript being lost because it was added to an old, already solved chat ticket. Furthermore, it may also help to make the explore data about chat ticket full resolution time more accurate, as there will be no chats that were not closed by an end-user and lasted for several days.

Hi there Oleksandra,
Have you looked into trying agent workspace already? This changes the end chat behaviour and the session will get terminated when the agent ends the chat.
