Add a Field to the Support Backlog History Table: Either Linked_Data or Tags
We use child tickets to document research, refinement details and side conversations around software enhancement requests.
The volume of child tickets makes our overall ticket volume and our backlog overstated.
I can filter most reports to exclude child tickets using Linked_Data like "child_of:". Alternately, I can filter out the tag where tag INCLUDES "%child%".
Neither of these fields is available in the SUPORT:Backlog_History table for me to filter.
I am unable to filter the backlog reports to exclude child tickets.
Please add either (or both) of these fields to the backlog_history and make these linkable.
