When editing multiple dashboards (ie. when adding a report to multiple teams' dashboards) it would be helpful to know if there are any unpublished changes from the dashboard selection screen.

For instance, I just created a report that needed to be added to 5 dashboards. For the sake of detail, I wanted to confirm that the report was in place and the changes published. While I needed to go into the dashboard to confirm the placement etc of the report itself, it would have been helpful to know if I may have forgotten to publish changes at a glance.

This would also be helpful for maintenance generally as any that have old modification dates and have unpublished changes could mean that users are seeing old versions of dashboards.
