Sunshine WhatsApp outbound error
Hi,
For sunshine conversation, I connected my WhatsApp to my sunshine app and I tried to send the outbound message using notification api and I got the error message showed in my log "Message failed to send because more than 24 hours have passed since the customer last replied to this number".
Please suggest how to fix this error.
