Feature request - Support for end of month schedule date of dashboards
Feature Request Summary:
Currently, the dashboard reporting in Zendesk Explore can be set only for a specific date which is troublesome for monthly/quarterly/yearly reports. It would be best to be able to schedule a dashboard delivery to be sent at the end of every month regardless of the days count.
We are currently collecting Zendesk data using Explore on a monthly basis, and all of our reports must be sent at the end of the month. This becomes a problem when you have to manually set the end of the month each time to the exact date. For example, for February 2022, we must schedule the report to be sent on 28th, and when the next month starts we must correct that to be the 31st.
Business impact of limitation or missing feature:
The impact of this request on our end is moderate since there are cases in which the manual setting of the date can be forgotten leading to reports not being delivered requiring manual exporting with the previous date.

Hey Dave Dyson, are there any developments in regard to this feature request? I'm asking since the unavailability to set "End of Month" as an export date for a report adds much manual work to set the export date accordingly each month or to have multiple exports for 28,29,30,31 for each month.

Unfortunately, I'm no longer at Zendesk (hence my new badge), so I don't have any visibility to the product roadmap at this point. But it seems like a pretty good idea to me, so you have my upvote!
