How to add Custom fields into create Jira issue form in Zendesk

Hello, 

We have external agents creating issues in jira via Zendesk, however currently form is very basic.

How can we add few custom fields to that form so issue can be created?

 

 

Any help is appreciated, im jira SME so Zendesk side of it is not as familiar.

      Hey Alex Kulichkov

      Any additional custom fields which are associated to the issue type should appear within the form. If you add them as mandatory fields, do you see them appearing by default?
