We'd like to request the ability to attach more than 10 files when submitting a ticket using the webform. We are a company where we need information for the last 12 months. Currently our end users can only attach 10 and then have to go back in and attach the remaining 2 attachments which makes it cumbersome and much more easier to not use the tool. This bogs down our agents because our form has information we'd like to have pre-populated by the end user to expedite the process. Please add the ability to add more attachments to a ticket on initial submission. thanks!
