Triggers are lacking
I'm disappointed with the triggers in Sell. I was expecting the triggers in sell to be as good as they are in support.
Our request list for triggers in Sell:
- We need to allow sequences to be triggered when a deal is moved to a stage
- We need sequences to trigger when a customer hasn't responded to a communication within a set time frame
- We need triggers to automate tasks when a deal moves to a stage

Hi Kate. Thank you for your honest opinion. All of these use cases make sense and are on our radar.
Have you tried Automated Actions for the 3rd use case (task automation on deal stage move)? You can find it in Settings -> Business Rules -> Automated Actions.

Hi Jakub, I think that might be a good work around for us. Thank you! I understand there is a lot of work going on with Triggers at the moment. I look forward to the releases as they become available.
