Zendesk reporting dashboard missing time created
I am using Explorer lite version, and was wondering if this is why i cannot filter or see the field option date\time the ticket request was created.

If you are referring to the date filter in the pre-built dashboard, that should be available still in Explore Lite but is limited to only the default time widget. However, you can not drill in, edit, or otherwise dive into the details of how they are made or what data they include.
If you are looking to creating your own report and creating a time filter for the date/time the ticket was created, then that feature won't be available in Explore Lite.
