When a new sandbox is spun up, agent emails are effectively disabled by changing the domain to @example.com , which totally makes sense. The admin then goes in and edits the emails so the agents can activate their accounts.
However, this process is one-by-one. It would be very helpful if this could be done in bulk. For instance, we have a UAT session and need to activate 30 agents to test various segments. Uploading a CSV to modify their emails would be helpful. However, to my knowledge you can't bulk easily bulk upload users to modify email addresses.
In addition, if you were able to do so at sandbox creation, it would be helpful also tell the system which ticket records to create. ie. Groups A & B are being activated so sample tickets being re-created include X many per each user from each group.
Last, when spinning up the sandbox instance, the admin receives an email when the process is complete. This bulk update could be used to generate activation emails for the relevant users, hopefully including some end user / agent - specific guidance on what a sandbox is, how it differs from production, etc.
