Notification header containing company name

With a recent change with one of our suppliers we have moved to an integration from our clients SNOW to our Zendesk however whenever we respond through the ticket the branding is causing them to recieve the notification as a duplicated ticket creating some extra work to merge tickets.
Is there an app or a way to rectify this so notifications/ticket correspondence go out without the company name in the title just the Ticket Number and ticket Title.

You should find the trigger that sends notifications to the user and alter e-mail subject to your preferences. For your case, you can set the trigger to be {{ticket.id}} - {{ticket.title}}
