How to assign a client ticket, to a specific member of my team

I have a specific client, that requested the responses of only one member of my team. Is there any trigger where I can give this rule so every single ticket that this user creates goes directly to this member and not to other people? Appreciate any assistance about this asap, thanks ;)

Depending on how your requester/organization is set up, the conditions of the trigger would be:

Ticket is created

Organization is (whatever the org is)

And the action would be:

Assignee is (the agent you want).

 

That is a very simplistic way to do it, but it should get you started.
