Talk experience for agents on mobile phones
The Call forwarding feature in Talk lets me receive inbound calls (from customers dialing the Talk phone number) on my mobile phone.
Outbound calling from my mobile phone (via Zendesk Talk's phone number) does not work for me. The option I was asked to try is to run the Zendesk web app on a Chrome browser on my mobile phone (iOS and Android), and then dial using the Talk dialpad. I can't get that dialpad to work on my mobile browsers.
