Editing Views
It would be nice to be able to edit the views with all the queues on the left side. Most of us are added to all queues but only use 5 each day. However the view seems to be alphabetically therefore some queues I daily use are not showing and I have to find it through the Quickie Plus. The ability to edit the view and add the queues we always work on so they show easily accessible on the left would be awesome.

Similarly, it could be interesting to "star" views as primary views, in order to impact the order in which they show (currently, alphabetically). From a technical standpoint, I don't know if it's easier to group views or reorder them.

You can reorder the views in Admin Center under Workspaces>Views
A way to "star" a view would be to clone it to a personal view, which you can order however you like.

Are you an administrator? If so, you should have access.

Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately, none of us have admin access as we're from a company of 10,000+ individuals. Do you know of a way to reorder views at the user level? Thank you -
Someone must be an administrator. That is the only role that can reorder views.
You can clone a view and make it a personal view then reorder your personal views. That's the only way I can think of to get what you want.
