Hey Johnny,
An expected error range for time is only tens of seconds, not a minute despite differing hardware manufacturers. Even then when the phone makes a network connection the time will "right" itself against the satellites atomic clock (if gps is enabled), or the network time protocol.
Due to that and that we're unable to recreate your issue when time variance is less than a minute, we won't be accommodating this issue as it isn't a correct or usual usage of the product.
