Zendesk Webwidget has malware , Avast popup appears when users are on checkout page

    Hi there,

    I see that you have a ticket ongoing for this same issue. Per that conversation, we've reported this to avast as a false positive. Once we've heard back from them on getting this cleared up, we will let you know.

    Even though Avast fix their problems, we can't force all users update their Avast version, right?
    And there is no guarantee any other malware protector has not the same issue.
    This is really crazy problem. is there any possibility to change something on your side ?

    Hey there,

    When a malware service like Avast removes the false positive from their system it will fix the issue as the risk register is something that is held on the cloud service. Not on the local package of the malware scanner. Otherwise anytime a new security risk would come out all of their users would need to update to a new version of the application as to be made aware of it.
