Hello ,

I would like to partition an organisation, do you know how? 
The aim is that the organisation has no access to any information other than its own.

    To the best of my knowledge, that can't be done at an organizational level, it must be done at the requester level. Depending on what plan you have, you'll set those restrictions at the role or group level (assuming you're referring to agents). If you're referring to requesters (end users), then by default, they already have restrictions.
