It would be a valuable asset to a lot of different Zendesk users to have the ability to Add/Remove/Modify the existing Priority Field options.
Right now there are only two options available:
Low, Normal, High, Urgent
I would envision this being a flag option where Users could flag which field values they want to utilize (example: Low, Normal, High) (example: Normal, High, Urgent).
