Hi, I have a feature request that has been mentioned several times from our agent team.
It would be great if the forwarding of attachments from internal notes to customers is enabled.
For example, we are able to forward attachments from internal notes to side conversations as can be seen in the below screenshot. But this is not possible when posting a public comment.
We would be able to optimize our workflow by directly forwarding the attachments, and not having to download them to our computer and re-upload it in the public comment.
Small feature but would make things smoother for the agents.
