    We can provide custom real-time reports integrated in Zendesk using Zendesk API so we can cross any data source, including search, column sorting, excel download or excel periodic mailings. As we get the data from the API we can include ticket notes aswel and grups filter.

    Here’s an example showing real SLA when different agents interact with the same ticket, since this is not possible in Zendesk Explore.

    We really need the option to filter for multiple groups or brands simultaneously.

    In a multi-brand setup, the live dashboards are nearly useless because we want to have the option to make several live dashboards for e.g. one group on one dashboard, but multiple groups or brands on another.

    Hi there Zendesk team,

    It would be great if you could consider the option to check the overview for all brands in tables so we can see how many tickets are created per brand in real time instead of filtering brand by brand. Thanks!
