Feature request - Compute the first reply date before a defined date.

Hello,

I would like to analyse the first reply time of tickets that were received from Friday 6pm to Sunday 2pm.

My main point of analysis is to check if they were answered before each Monday 2pm. 

I have checked around in the formulas but it doest not seem possible. 

Can somebody help with this ?
