Help with the recipe for tickets solved within 2 days from the arrival to Zendesk
I'm looking for help/a recipe for reporting on how many tickets (or the % of tickets) are solved (full resolution time) within 2 days from the arrival to Zendesk.
If anyone has a recipe to share, I would be really grateful!
