Bring back email/phone support - nobody likes Z Bot
Similarly to many other posts, we need normal email and phone support back. Email support worked just fine, and answer bot followups in the emails is great.
Z-Bot is extremely clunky and I find myself typing garbage just to get to an answer where I can submit a question.

Please actually be champions and let YOUR customers get support the way they want. Don't force everyone into a single channel.
"Champions of customer service" makes me laugh.
