Automatic mails can't be personalized with sender name

Hi,

The automatic mails from triggers are only sent with a standard name that is also used elsewhere. So they are always unpersonalized.

Also if one would try to use API updates of tickets, the update would not be sent out by the assigned agent but by the person that created the API call.

So it always only can look like a standard unpersonalized mail.
