Need to arrange promoted articles

Need the ability to arrange the promoted articles that display on the homepage. 

Would love to see this added to the Arrange articles section on the Guide Admin side.

    we did it over dynamic content. :) i can easily arrange and choose the articles i want to display in that section

    I would like to see this as an option too. The article about arranging articles does not help, the articles in general are arranged by their location in categories and sections. The promoted articles however are linked on the home page but without a way to easily line the links up by the importance or relevance of the article.
