Create ticket API fails with error code 422, "Unprocessable Entity"

/tickets.json POST API fails with error code 422. The only mandatory field is "comment" which we are passing, all though it fails.

It was answered on the ticket created, We were using LightAgent instead of Agent role for creating ticket.
