Unable to Sort Communication Center by Owner

I would like for me and the other user(s) on my team to be able to sort our email communication by who owns which conversation (the owner of each lead or deal). Currently I do not see a way to do that in the Communication Center. And as we are also unable to create tasks to assign to users that are triggered by receiving an email, I do not see a way to sort communication by owner in any way.
