SPAM : Problems of reception of our e-mails by some of our recipients

Hey,

Some of our customers do not receive our e-mails. Most of the time, our e-mails fall into our customers' junk mailboxes. Because of this, I wanted to know :

  • Is there any way to solve this problem? What makes one customer receive our emails and another not?
  • Are there any tips/tips to minimize the chances of some of our customers getting junk mail?

As for the emails arriving in your customers' junk mailboxes, this happens when your customer's email system doesn't trust that the email is legitimate. To prevent this, you can use a combination of SPFDKIM, and DMARC to verify the trustability of your outgoing emails. As for your customers not receiving your emails, I recommend reaching out to Zendesk Support as we may need more info and access to your account to investigate the issue. Thanks!
