How can another company escalate a ticket to my company?

We answer questions from other companies' support teams. If they have a Zendesk instance, is there an easy way for them to escalate their Zendesk ticket to our Zendesk instance? 

We would like them to avoid having to copy and paste information form their instance into our ticket form.

Hey Laura, James here from the Zendesk product team.

This sounds like something that can be solved by creating a Sharing Agreement between the two Zendesk instances. 

Here is some information about Sharing tickets with other Support accounts and Using business rules to share tickets
