Feature Request: Make Support Default Role configurable
What's the problem with default role Contributor?
Every time I add an employee to our Zendesk staff entries, (s)he gets to be a Contributor.
That role is deprecated, and Zendesk even says so.
If Zendesk would assign the (non-deprecated) role Light Agent, then we, in our case, would need to interject in very few cases. But with contributor, we need to change the role for every single one of our employees.
I imagine that there are companies where there is a great number of Agents and Admins and almost no Light Agents - thus my request to make the default role configurable, by account, or even by brand, whatever serves your customers best.
So, please add this configuration choice on the Account or Brand level. Thank you.
