The SDK makes it possible to control which pages are displayed in the help centre on an opt-in basis - you can display help pages that have a specific label, or only show specific categories and sections.

It would be helpful if there was a way to do this in reverse - show all help pages _except_ ones specified. This could be for example a property on RequestUiConfiguration called `filterMode` with values of `.show` and `.hide` that affects the behaviour of the `labels`, `groupIds` and `groupType` properties.

The use case for this is that we generally want to make all of our help content available within the app except for billing-related help pages due to the sensitivity of Apple App Store guidelines around external billing mechanisms and not promoting external billing in-app.
