Feature Request: Bots for Channel integrations
We use a number of channel integrations (mostly Telerivet + the Oapps Suite for Telegram, Viber, Whatsapp) as the Zendesk/Sunco integrations are not fully functional. The downside of using these apps is that we can't use the same Zendesk bot flows on these channels. Is it possible to get the option of publishing bots to the marketplace channel integrations messaging channels?

Hello I am currently building some integration using Telegram to have a initially bot interaction and then human-to-human chat using the ticket comments. As I understand would be easier to have some different type of channel to implement some streamline integration instead of relying on ticket public comments and webhooks to keep a conversation between an agent and a user on telegram, for instance.
As I understood from the docs, there is not a telegram channel type so we can have access to chat messaging capabilities, like showing send button and else. I'd love to hear something about it.

There actually is a telegram chat channel in Sunshine conversations. You can connect it to ZD from Sunco Admin panel but it doesn't work with the zd bots.
