    Hi Manuel! My guess here is that the custom field has permissions that do not allow for anonymous users to access them. Take a look at this article for more information on the topic.

    Hope that helps, let us know if the issue persists.

    That did the trick, thank you Greg-Katechis! Indeed the permissions for this custom field were set to "Agent only can edit"
