Form fields

Hi there,

I have 2 questions, checking if anyone could answer me.

  1. How can we get the title of the form to the payload so that it will create a case on CRM once a customer submits a request? We tried adding the ID of the Subject field (a default setting on zendesk) but it wasn't working.
  2. How can we hide the default description box? we do not need the below box but seems that there is no way we can get rid of it

Hi Abigail! 

1. To get the name of the form field, you would need to grab the id as you did previously, but then make a secondary call to the Show Ticket Form endpoint and grab the name from there. 

2. We don't have this option natively within Zendesk, but we do have an article that covers this topic.
