Opening new Chat with iOS Chat SDK with context

Hi,
I'm using the Chat ios SDK, and trying to open the chat with some context.
For example, I want to be able to add an old ticket number that the user is starting this chat to ask about, and want the agent to get this old ticket number so he can quickly get context.
Is that possible?
