Conflict between Message Intent and Training questions in BOT

Hello,

we are encountering problems giving the right answers to users who are interecting with the BOT.

It often happens that the intent is correct, and we have an answer set for that, but for some reason the BOT is returning a different answer, one that should be proposed with specific training questions. The problem is that we are not able to understand why this is happening, the training questions are very different from the actual question of the user
