    Hi Patrizia! If you're just looking for ticket statuses, one easy way to do this is to utilize the preview ticket count endpoint. What this lets you do is set up a preview a view of what the number of tickets would be based on the conditions that you would want to pass in. In the example from the above docs, it's actually showing you the conditions for all tickets with an open status, so take a look at that and see if it does what you're looking for!
