outbound translation support for email

I really love the translation feature that allows us to automatically translate foreign language emails, but it's really useless if we don't have our replies auto-translated to the customer. 

This is in place for messaging, but not supported on email. Is there a reason for this? Please please consider adding this!!

I agree with Marie. It's incomprehensible to me that messages external to Zendesk are translated, while our agents' reply messages are not. It would really be simpler if the translation were fully functional to simplify the work of our agents.

It's super simple and affordable, plus it allows you to customize the translation with a glossary and fine-tune your company tone.
