Fetching ticketId from Sunshine Conversation API

How do I get the Zendesk ticketId from the Sunshine Conversation APIs ?

    Hi Ira,
     
    Sunshine Conversations creates conversations, but the conversations do not have the context of a Zendesk ticket.  Can you share a general overview of your end goal?
