Is there any way to keep article URLs when moving them to a different brand within the same help center?

We want to move the article base of a specific product line to its own help center within the same Zendesk instance. I'm pretty sure this counts as moving articles to a different instance altogether so the article IDs will change, but wanted to check if anyone on the community has made an article move within the same Zendesk instance and managed to keep the article URLs the same.

Hey Alex,

 

Unfortunately not, but you *could* do a little bit of behind-the-scenes juggling during a down period of customer engagement.

 

Rename Brand A to Brand B

Add a new brand as Brand A

Note that this will require a bit of patience as Brand A won't be immediately available (you may have to wait 15-20 minutes).

Keep in mind this could impact email routing and other business rules, but it would save you from having to update your article URLs (aside from the brand subdomain portion).
